Rocky Morrison has a BA in Economics; MA in National Security & Strategy and spent 27 years in the Marine Corps flying F-18s as a fighter pilot while achieving the rank of Colonel.  He has been actively engaged as a senior executive consultant in the oil and gas industry for the last 10 years.  Focus areas include improving the leadership and management capabilities of senior executives, improving operating efficiencies and productivity.  He is credited with a multitude of Operational Assessments (OAs) that identified organizational gaps and corresponding solutions for energy operators and energy service companies.  He has also refined or defined Process Safety Management programs (PSMs), Operational Discipline processes, Accountability, Reliability, Performance Plan development, Non-punitive reporting programs, Non-standardized operations, Functional Governance, Operational publication development, personnel training, and competency assessment programs.

Mr. Morrison possesses experience working with C level executives all the way down to rig floor hands focusing on improve training/audit programs, developing positional checklists, drafting/reviewing bridging documents, development/implementation of workplace accountability, defining roles and responsibilities. All designed to increase efficiency and reliability, reduce costs, reduce accidents, reduce equipment down time and improve productivity.
