Raised on a cattle ranch, Erin grew up competing in team roping and junior rodeos—experiences that shaped her work ethic, resilience, and hands-on leadership style. In addition to her corporate roles, Erin successfully founded and operated a consulting turnaround company for 14 years, helping organizations strengthen financial performance, streamline operations, and navigate strategic restructuring.
