Matt Fallon – Employee Spotlight

Dave Patterson, Vice President of Power Generation: I’d like to introduce you to one of my coworkers, Matt Fallon, who is our senior field technician for power generation. He’s been in the power generation business for about 19 years. Matt has just a wealth of experience and knowledge, based on that 19 years. He’s got engine background, electrical generator background experience, which brings a strong confidence in our customer base when he’s performing services on their behalf. It also gives him the ability to assist our coworkers, whether it be in sales department or service department members to further educate them in their abilities to perform adequate and professional services.

Dwight Patterson, Chief Executive Officer: Power Services Division is a portion of our company that deals with a lot of our emergency services. They deal with backup generators for telecommunications, residential, and commercial customers. If utility fails, those backup generators have to be there to run, especially in telecommunications industry. And Matt’s the, he’s one of those individuals that responds immediately. He’s on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, constantly at the ready if something should fail and he has to repair it to get those customers up and running. He’s our first line of defense.

Jeremy Anderson, Chief Construction Officer: Matt a special individual and in the fact that he really knows how to lead people. He really has understood that in his position, he’s the guy that is the go-to guy. He’s the guy that when we have projects that are tough and when they’re different and they’re unique, he’s gonna be the first guy on the job, for sure. He’s not afraid to try new things, he’s not afraid of doing things he’s never done before, and his leadership style is such that even the new guys that are the first day on the job, he earns their respect very quickly. He’s a guy that everybody wants to follow and they want to be able to be, you know, like him and be able to learn what he knows because his knowledge comes through, you know, very quickly when you work with him.

Dave Patterson: His abilities, his experience is very essential to the company to help grow the company and fellow coworkers in their ability to provide professional service to our customer base. And when you have on the job training, when you have life experience that you can gather wisdom along with the knowledge that gives a confidence to the people that are working with, as well as the coworkers that he’s working with, too. I’ll put it in this terms, he’s a go-to man. If there’s a problem they run into in the field, he’s the one that they call.

Dwight Patterson: I would thank Matt for his attitude. He constantly faces challenges that can be incredibly frustrating in the field, scheduling challenges where he might be called out at a moment’s notice, and the attitude that he exhibits is second to none. He has always ready to serve the company and the clients that we serve, and we just can’t thank him enough for what he does for all of us.

Jeremy Anderson: Yeah Matt, I just you to know that I really, really appreciated all the sacrifices that you made, not only when you worked you know, with GenPro, number one, when you work back with Dave, but now that we’ve had the privilege of having you on the team here at GenPro Energy, we felt pretty special to be able to have a person of your caliber and the sacrifices that you make. And I know that the sacrifices that you’ve made with your family and being going out at midnight, when it’s snowing out to fix generators, it doesn’t go unnoticed. And we, here at GenPro, in the executive team really wants you to know that I really appreciate you.
