The Future is Rooted in What We Plant Today.

Backstory: The Legacy of Stewardship at GenPro

At GenPro, we believe in a simple truth: you don’t own the land, you care for it. The proof is written in the records of deeds—names change, generations pass, but the land remains. Each person who came before us had a story. They had dreams, ambitions, and a vision for a better tomorrow. And time and again, the land provided—if it was cared for in return.

Our roots run deep in traditional farm and ranch values, where stewardship is not just a responsibility but a way of life. Those who came before us understood that we borrow the land from our children, not inherit it from our ancestors. They built their futures with their hands, ensuring that the soil, the water, and the trees remained to sustain not just their families, but the generations to follow.

We at GenPro carry that same philosophy forward. While we innovate in renewable energy, build. smarter infrastructure, and seek out the most advanced solutions for sustainability, we never lose sight of the foundation on which everything stands: the land.

Planting Trees, Planting the Future

The measure of a person’s vision for the future isn’t found in what they take today but in what they leave behind. How do you know someone truly cares about tomorrow?

Because they plant trees they will never sit in the shade of.

That’s why, for every megawatt of solar we install, GenPro is committed to planting 100 trees annually—not for recognition, but for the benefit of our shared environment: the wildlife, the soil, and the air we breathe. Over their lifetime, these trees will sequester approximately 100,000 pounds—equivalent to 50 tons—of carbon, complementing the emissions offset provided by the solar system itself.

This is not just about carbon offsetting. This is not just about sustainability. This is about legacy.

At GenPro, we don’t own the land—we care for it. And caring means making sure that long after we’re gone, the trees will stand, the wildlife will thrive, and the land will continue to provide—just as it always has.

Because the future is rooted in what we plant today.
