Project Details: Â TDG Communications has long been a supporter of renewables and green energy solutions but was unsure how solar energy technology would integrate with their 100-year old building. The building is one of just a handful belonging to the Century Club of Historic Deadwood, SD. It had many incarnations over the years including as a brothel and an Oddfellows Hall.
After GenPro specified the initial system, the design had to be presented to the Deadwood Historic Preservation Committee to ensure it would meet the Board’s historic standards. After approval, TDG is now the first commercial business in Deadwood to proudly produce solar energy.
